Gyroset

The SMICO GYROSET™ is a 2-bearing, positive eccentric, oil lubricated screener built for suspension or base mounting. The GYROSETs™ are built with adjustable positive eccentric action, and all have 8 strokes varying from 0" to 3/8".

The SMICO Gyroset can be adjusted for pitch. When suspended, there is a certain amount of adjustment through the location of the nuts on the eyebolts supporting the cables, but if extensive change is required, the cables must be lengthened, or shortened. The base mounted units must be locked up to raise one end to the desired inclination. In most mine tippers (or breakers) and in the aggregate plants, there is usually so much movement in the structure and so much other machinery creating sway and vibration that a good foundation is impossible. For these fields, the Gyroset is an excellent selection. In the foundry, shake-out and core knock-out service, Gyrosets are used with little maintenance. Castings are not laid on a shake-out, the are thrown or dumped on it. Gyrosets just wobble a little bit in its spring mounting and keep going.

Selectro

The SMICO SELECTRO™ is a four bearing screener with oil lubricated bearings. It features easy stroke changes to eight amplitudes without special tools. The angle can be adjusted 40º in either direction, even when the machine is operating.

All of the standard options are available for the SMICO SELECTRO™, plus its own special features, making it the most versatile screener possible for specialized products or for installations using the same screener for varying conditions.

Available in widths from 18" to 48" and lengths for 3' to 10'.

Because of its easy adjustment of both stroke and angle, the SMICO SELECTRO™ can give the best results in operations requiring high efficiency and flexibility. These industries include:

DH1 SERIES VIBRATING SCREENER

SMICO manufactures the DH1 SERIES, a two-bearing machine, in open, semi-enclosed and totally enclosed models.

All DH1 SERIES models are rugged and simple. Available in carbon or stainless steel with 1, 2 or 3 screening decks and all optional features to be custom fitted to your specific requirements.

The SMICO DH1 SERIES features a positive eccentric drive, which makes possible a machine that operates equally well partially or fully loaded. The DH1 SERIES vibrator assembly is designed for maximum flexibility. Our unique design of the DH1 SERIES drive assembly was constructed around the principle of down time is costly to you and your customers.

DH2 Series Vibrating Screener

SMICO DH2 SERIES is a two bearing declined screener. It was previously used for Liquid/Solids separations and now has been fully engineered to provide an extremely durable unit for aggregate, asphalt ingredients and other high volume rugged applications.

The top or centroid brute force drive uses dependable grease lubricated bearings, sealed on both sides to prevent contamination. The drive can be set up to provide a uniform circle or elliptical action, long or short stroke with corresponding low or high speed to best handle your screening requirements.

The SMICO DH2 SERIES is manufactured in carbon or stainless steel. A full selection of custom fit options are available. Isolation springs are provided on a wide flange beam skid base. Legs, stands, and cable suspension are available. Drive components and enclosed guards are standard. Screens in a wide range of meshes, openings and materials are available.
