DH2 SERIES VIBRATING SCREENER
The SMICO DH2 SERIES is a two or four bearing inclined screener. It was previously used for Liquid/Solids separations and now has been fully engineered to provide an extremely durable unit for various recycling applications abrasive products and other high volume rugged applications. This screener is ideally suited to handle through put volumes from 20TPH to over 1000TPH.
The top or centroid brute force drive uses dependable grease lubricated bearings, sealed on both sides to prevent contamination. The drive can be set up to provide a uniform circle or elliptical action, long or short stroke with corresponding low or high speed to best handle your screening requirements.
The SMICO DH2 SERIES is manufactured in carbon or stainless steel. A full selection of custom fit options are available. Isolation springs are provided on a wide flange beam skid base. Legs, stands, and cable suspension are available. Drive components and enclosed guards are standard. Screens in a wide range of meshes, openings and materials are available.

HORIZONTAL VIBRATING SCREENER
The SMICO HORIZONTAL or Linear Drive Screener is available with all of the features and options of the SMICO VIBROSET™ and SMICO DH2™ SERIES of declined screeners. This unit is powered by either dual motors or twin shafts which can be top or bottom mounted. The screens motion is a 45º angle to push the product through the screen or out of the end.
The powerful linear drive allows the machine to screen uphill, horizontally or downhill. The uphill feature makes installation in tight clearance areas possible. The unique forces from this drive make it ideal for liquid/solids separations even for sticky products. The SMICO HORIZONTAL Screener can overcome uneven feeding which makes it ideal for recycling applications and foundry shake-out installations.

VIBROSET™ VIBRATING SCREENER
SMICO VIBROSET™ is a light duty, two bearing screener with a centroidally mounted drive. It features a positive eccentric action for smoother operation, meaning less vibration transmission. These units utilize sealed-for-life bearings.
SMICO VIBROSET's™ have helped processors for over 60 years. Many of them are still in use today.
Some standard and optional features include:
- Sizes from 1 ft to 3 ft wide & from 3 ft to 7ft long
- Can be manufactured with open, hoppered or enclosed bodies in Carbon or Stainless Steel
- Can be equipped with one, two or three screen decks
- Clearance can be added above, below or between the decks to flow bulky products
- Discharges can be lip type or spouts in various diameters
- Fines usually discharge from the bottom, but can be brought out of the end
- Feed can be through the cover or a feed end plate

VIBRATORY FEEDERS/SCALPERS
SMICO VIBRATORY FEEDERS are built with the same commitment to quality and design as our screeners. These units are ideally suited to provide maximum output for recycling and heavy duty bulk material processors in a variety of industries. SMICO VIBRATORY FEEDERS are built in sizes which can handle from 5-250 TPH. SMICO VIBRATORY FEEDERS can be built with either twin vibratory motors or with our standard counterweighted, belt driven shaft.
SMICO VIBRATORY FEEDERS come with a variety of customizable features. They can be manufactured with screens for a scalping process or they can be manufactured with a pan and sidewalls for a conveying process. SMICO STATIONARY BELT CONVEYORS
Some SMICO customers already know about our high-quality aggregate conveyors. For years we’ve been asked to design and build conveyors which either feed to or convey from our screeners. Now we’ve standardized our conveyor designs while at the same time remaining open to custom projects. SMICO engineers will size the conveyor and drive and recommend optional equipment based on your applications.
We specialize in stationary lattice and channel frame conveyors complete with engineered drives and a variety of options such as walkways, covers, support legs, to name just a few. SMICO CONVEYORS come in 24 to 60-inch belt widths and are built in up to 40 foot sections. Frames are cleaned, primed, and finished with a durable top coat in standard or custom colors.
Typical applications include mining, steel mills, aggregate plants, concrete recycling, glass and trash recycling, virgin asphalt and RAP plants, sand dredging and processing and other heavy-duty bulk material handling operations.

The SMICO BISON CRUSHER is an exceptionally strong, horizontal crusher, as well as a heavy duty machine with a wide range of uses. It is designed for reducing free flowing material to a desired uniform degree of finer product. The SMICO BISON CRUSHER is also easily and quickly set up, and it can be adjusted to grind fine or coarse while machine is running. The SMICO BISON CRUSHER also handles a wide range of material.
